To develop, energize, and activate community leaders in Johns Creek by providing insight into and interaction with city, business, and government executives to affect positive change.

The seventh annual Leadership Johns Creek (LJC) program is underway for 21 business, professional and community leaders from the Johns Creek area.   The leadership program began August 28 with an overnight retreat at the Atlanta Evergreen Marriott in Stone Mountain, GA.

Jelleme, Johns Creek HS; Mona Lippitt, Gwinnett Medical Center – Duluth; Alka Manyapu , DataSoft Technologies, Inc.; Jennifer Mohler, The Arbor Company; Jenna Murphy, Woodward Academy; Tim Park, Emory Johns Creek Hospital; Nora Polanco, The Quin Group, Inc.; Heather Redrick, Emory Johns Creek Hospital; Alex Stone, Mulkey Engineers & Consultants; Dave Tannen, Tannen Law Group, LLC; Eric Taylor, City of Johns Creek; James Toth, ThinkToth Real Estate; Michelle Watkins, The Salvation Army.

SLJC's 1st year students visited the Capitol as part of their Government Day October program day. Other places of interest on the tour included the Fulton County Government Center, the Fulton County Jail and the Georgia Department of Revenue.
